The Somali Teachers Syndicate (SOTES) conducted a training session titled “Protecting and Promoting Teachers’ Mental Wellbeing.”
The training focused on the importance of teachers’ mental health and psychological wellbeing, as well as practical awareness of psychological challenges that may affect teachers in their professional and personal lives.
The session was facilitated by Ustaad Abdullahi Abdiaziz Mukhtar (Khariidi), a specialist in psychological conditions and mental wellbeing.
